Tom Friedman

Our family moved to Ankeny in 1994 and immediately joined OLIH.  Joanne, my wife of 44 years and I have 5 adult children who all live in Ankeny or Des Moines, and 11 grandchildren.  I have been a banker since 1981 and have been with First National Bank in Ankeny as market president since 2006. 

I have been privileged to serve on many non-profit boards during our time in Ankeny including the OLIH Foundation and as a member of the OLIH Finance Council.  Currently I serve as treasurer for the Ankeny Service Center and am on the board and finance committee for On With Life.
